How much does it cost to join the Loyalty Program?

While you pay for the products you want to order each month, there is no cost to join the Loyalty Program. What’s more, you can take advantage of the other Loyalty Program perks (e.g., Loyalty Points and Bonus Product of the Month) that actually help you save money and earn free products!
Can I change what’s in my Loyalty Program Order?

Yes. Managing your Loyalty Program order is easy. Simply log into your 4Life account and go to the Loyalty Program section in your dashboard. There you will be able to manage your products, ship date, and more.
Do my Loyalty Points associated with the Loyalty Program ever expire?

Loyalty Points expire 12 months after they are posted to your account.

When can I use the 35 Loyalty Points?

The 35 Loyalty Points will be credited to the account at the end of the loyalty period and can be used in your next loyalty order. New Preferred Customers who enroll in the Loyalty Program may begin to redeem Loyalty Points 60 days after their first 4Life product order ships.
